 WWW: It’s great that your blog is set up and you have some work posted already. Your fruit bowl shows technical skills in Photoshop and I think you’ve captured the ‘Pastel’ palette really well. I also like your first 10 questions blogpost with some honest evaluation of your screen time! We now need to make sure we match your technical skill on Photoshop with ensuring all homework, blog work and analytical tasks are fully completed.

Then, reflect on your first month of Media. What do you feel is your strongest piece of work so far? What is your weakest? What specific skills or knowledge do you need to develop over the rest of the course? I think the strongest piece of work for me is the photoshop fruit bowl because after that task i further understood the meaning of colour and what impact it has on an audience. My weakest is the Mise en scene task as i got a bit confused on it. I want to develop my understanding on editing throughout the course.

 Lighting  -  The Forest is Dark and misty. This suggests to the audience that something supernatural and unholy will occur. It also suggest that in the opening scene something will occur that will change the boys life forever.
